Accessible Excellence™
When we’re not clear, we drift, distracted, disconnected from what actually matters to us.
Accessible Excellence™ is a practice, not a talent. It breaks down personally defined excellence into clear, repeatable steps: listen closely enough to know what your best actually feels like, then move toward it with purpose, again and again.
A lifetime on stage taught me these lessons through trial, error, and a few hard falls. Accessible Excellence is the pathway, already mapped, so yours doesn’t have to look the same.
You are on the threshold of your next great becoming.
Lucien Postlewaite
As a certified coach, my approach is shaped by a lifetime spent learning to bring out the best in myself, and now, in others. Over two decades performing on the world’s elite stages as an internationally celebrated Principal Dancer taught me how to thrive under pressure and manage the real highs and lows of a demanding career, not in theory, but through direct experience.
I’ve also known my own rock bottom, and the work of rebuilding myself, deliberately and honestly, from there. That experience gave me both the tools and the conviction to help others find their way to their own best outcomes.
I was raised by two devoted Montessori educators. My education since has taken me to Harvard Business School’s Crossover into Business program for elite athletes, and to Cornell University to study entrepreneurship. I’ve earned my Skipper’s License in the Norwegian Arctic, and studied biodynamic winemaking in Piedmont, Italy, under the late Stefano Bellotti, one of the field’s founding voices.
I know we are complex, evolving beings, and that real, lasting success comes from integrating all of who we are, not just the parts that perform well.
