Lucien Postlewaite

My informed approach to coaching and consulting is shaped by a lifetime of helping others to see the best in themselves through my own dedication PERSONALLY DEFINED EXCELLENCE. I learned the secrets to managing the highs and lows of success and thriving under pressure the hard way. For over 20 years I performed on the world’s elite stages as an internationally celebrated Ballet Dancer.

Hitting my own rock bottom, and learning how to courageously rebuild myself in alignment has given me the tools and passion to help others find their way towards their own best possible outcomes. I know the pain of being lost to myself and am passionate about helping others find their way home.

I was raised by two passionately devoted Montessori teachers. My continuing and eclectic education has taken me to Harvard Business School’s Crossover into Business program for elite athletes, Cornell University to study Entrepreneurship, I’ve spent time in the Norwegian Arctic to earn my Skippers License, and to Piedmont, Italy to learn biodynamic wine making processes from one of the celebrated fathers of Biodynamic Viticulture, late Stephano Bellotti.

I know that we are complex, dynamic and evolving beings and that it is only through integration of all of our parts that we align ourselves for sustainable and long lasting success.
